2, accounts - same paper as CA

3. TAX - same paper as CA

4.company law - buy sangeet kedia notes ,do from chapter 1-13 , winding up and LLP only.

5.economic and labour - {difficult to cover} ,again sangeet kedia notes do labour laws { full } , consumer protection , ipr , pollution . essential comm . fcra .

6. securities - whole b part of 40 marks and stock exchange , capital instruments .....

this syllabus will get u pass only ..however nothing is gauranteed . LOL 

For gcl inst. module is enough.

a/c n tax :- I think u already completed those chptrs in CA.

For Grp -2 just purchase "ONLY THIS MUCH"

this much is enough 4 scoring good marks in xams....:)

slc paper 40 marks IMC study from module thoroughly rest 60 marks do from past papers

company law read whole material thoroughly if you want to pass

cacma and tax since you are a CA final student should not be a problem.

lols....CA final & CS final...want to give both grps...Both exams..& just 1 month to prepare....Lols.........  hey dont mind but if u clear them then it will be no less than a MIRACLE !!

both groups is not that easy..but a/c, tax , company law & securities laws u have been completed in CA...qs. is for ELL & GCL only...buy suchitra prakashan scanner for all theory...if u can't manage then better go for group1 ..it's very easy..only 10 days study is enough for group 1 ..i followed the same....hope for best.

i managed to clr both my grps of cs exective with 60 percent.

i read sangeet kedia for all d 4 theory subjects twice n scanner for all d papers twice.
