e.g : 1 snack center whose daily income or turnover is Rs. 10000 /- so how to prepare book keeping ?
Do i need to prepare Income and Expenditure statement ?

Income and Expenditure accounts are generally prepared bu non profit organisation.
Your primary motive to open snack shop is to earn profit so, I will suggest you to maintain book having Profit and Loss Account with Inventory.
