we have the rooms rent bellow Rs.1000 were to show (in gstr1 and 3B) exempted or nil rated?

It is an exempt supply as per Entry No. 14 of Notification No. 12/2017 - CT(Rate). Hence, it should be shown as an exempt supply and not as NIL rated.
