As per section 12(3) IGST , POS is always the location of Immovable property , So the Holel will never charge IGST

Yes Pankaj sir, you are right. In this case, hotel can't charge IGST.

Hotel bill always contains Local stateSGST, CGST, if ur others state u can claim input of CGST only,

Hotels never Provide Bill with IGST because , services provided in local state only, and GST is destination based tax system, service used or goods consumed in which place is the tax destination hence Local CGST only provided

Input credit only depending on place of services or supply, a hotel industry can not charged IGST, THEYWILL ONLY charged CGST and SGST only.
