If a person gets rent from one property 5Lacs and Home loan interest is 15Lacs for ay 2018-19 , there is a loss of 10Lacs, so can he adjust the full loss of 10L agaist other sources say salary or just adjust 2L and carry forward the 8L to next year?

Correct Just 2 lakhs can be adjusted, remaining c/f upto 8 years to be set off against IFHP
