Please clarify on the follwoing issue. I have file 1, 18 & 32 for new Pvt Ltd company, but forms has been sent for resubmission with remarks "Decleration for Hindi signatory to the MOA & AOA to be furnished at signature page. Form should be resubmitted by 31/05/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)"
