Hi, property tax

Hi Everyone,

I have a query regarding the land my uncle sold. Actually, it comes under Non-Judiciary.

He showed me the one page document, where he had his son first registered. He later told me he is going to transfer the land on my name and took my signature.  He sent me the copy of it for my records.

After some time, say 6-7 years, he told he sold my land. Will I need to show this under Income under Other Sources while filing the tax?

If yes, how much percentage should be shown and how much will be deducted?

Thanks.

Please give details on you saying "Non-judiciary".

Also provide info on the documents that was given to you for signing. And also what document was used to sell the land?
