Hi i want to know tht wether a person can be reappointed as Director again after he had been removed from his position some 1 year ago.
What should be the procedure for tht.?
Shld we need his consent in writing. and Do we need to assign him again a new DIN no.
Plz Explain..
If director is removed by shareholders in general meeting he can not be reappointed by board of directors .it means he can be reappointed only by the shareholders in general meeting
His consent in writing will be required in the above case .
No new din no is required
A DIRECTOR CAN BE REAPPOINTED, IF HE HAS NOT REMOVED BY THE SHAREHOLDERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMPANY. THERE IS REQUIREMENT OF GENERAL MEETING.
THERE IS NO ANY CHANGE IN DIN NO.
