Here anybody file GSTR-9 return for the period of FY 2017-18...? Is it open or not (Freezed)...?
I will go to file GSTR-9 return. But, It's freeze and showing the message as "To file your annual return, filing of all GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns are mandatory. File your pending GSTR-1/3B return(s) and try again" e mes It's showing both return mode for Quarterly Return holder & Monthly return Holder (Both are different Taxpayers.)

When it's open...?
