Help with filing form 24a

Dear Experts,

Greetings!!

I need help in connection to filing form 24A for obtaining license under Section 25.

As a part of the procedure enclosing Future annual income and expenditure estimates is mandatory, please could anyone provide me with sample format for the same?

Also could anyone guide me how to draft "statement of brief descripttion of the work proposed to be done" in a better acceptable way.
