Help urgent company law
my frnd has filed mgt 14 for disclosure of interest in board meeting 30.06.2014
now his company wants to allot shares w.e.f 20-may.
can it be possible.if yes how,?

If MGT 14 has been filed alongwith attaching the disclosure then its not possible, but if only a Resolution for acceptance is attached, Disclosure could be rectified. (Because the Section only requires to give an intimation about acceptance of disclosure and not to give the disclosure itself)
The attachment contains only the resolution not the mbp 1 form
How can allotment be made (the procedure) be made as the first board meeting disclosure of interest to be made, and for allotment at least two board meeting is required ( one for accepting letter of offer & other for alloting share after 15 days)
What will be the process as I have to take min.3 board meetings
What should I do take disclosure in 1st meeting for calling egm Or in 2nd fOR approval of offer of letter.
