I am not able to acess CCI. It takes too much time to open anything.

Sometimes it happens in CCI's Website due to heavy traffic on site
my tip-log out and login again in CCI and wait for few minutes
Delete your prefetch files (Windows Button + R=run command box , type PREFETCH and delete all temp. files )
