preeti u should go through aditya jain sir's book of theory if you have lot of time.....otherwise go through previous years suggested answers & rtps if u no t have more time
but aditya jain theory is too tough n vast

go thru the question papers of last 4 attempts........... dats wat i did....nd it was more dan enough.......rest u can write of ur own on d basis of concepts u mite hav read while doing practical chapters.....

rajesh makkar sir's theory book is more than enough . dont take tension .
I think... mere by-hearting some theory notes o formulas wud not help... if yu av enuf time dive into this big ocean.. drink as much as possible ( yu cant drink everything ofcourse)...
Theory & practicals are not too far in SFM like subjects... I advice yu to refer gr8 authors lik Khan & jain , prasanna chandra, (indian authors) , Eugene Brigham (world famous book)
Fundamentals Of Financial Derivatives by NR parasuraman is one of the best books on the subject
another thing may be attend sm tutions... vich i don recommend bcoz its all superficial learning...
