Help regarding ipcc may taxation exam

in recently held taxation exam i have valued taxable services at 12%... so will i get narks for that or my marks will be deducted? and there was one question like this "test the veracity of following assertion with reference to provisions of service tax. do not assign reasons" but i have written answers as 'correct or incorrect" im worried little bit because i believe the paper was very easy and i have solved every questions, please tell me  what would be the consequences of above two treatments.. thanks
