Help pls! ipcc student

HOW CAN I GET MY HALL TICKET NUMBER OF IPCC MAY, 2012.
I DONT HAVE ANY IDEA OF MY HALL TICKET NUMBER, AND I LOST MY HALL TICKET.. ??

PLEASE HELP

I cleared my 1st group in november 2011 but i have not cleared my 2 nd group even after 5 attempts then can i have the elgibility to give that attempt in november 2012 2 nd group i had skipped in nov 11.

So dear friends please help me out as early as possible....

And i won't a suggestion of book which should be refered for Taxation ?????

For taxation u can refer Singhania...............If u want detailed explanation else Manoharan is good.
