Help on final registration

I cleared IPCC (both groups) in May 2012. I have taken a DD for Rs. 12000 (Ca final + articles). My questions are:

1. Can I submit the CA final course registration form alone? Later on can I send the form 103 (Articleship registration)?

2. (or) should the above form be accompanied with Form 103?

Can someone clarify this urgently.....
