Help on company act 2013

Companies Act, 2013 as published in official gazette of India says in section 1(3) that,
" This section shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act
shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the
Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this
Act and any reference in any provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed
as a reference to the coming into force of that provision"

The date on which it is expected to be effective as said and discussed by experts of this field is 1st of April 2014.
