help needed ~ Form 112

Hi

I'm an ipcc student and have also enrolled for ignou b.com(a&f).

There's no articleship now . . so do i need to submit form 112 now? Or i have to submit it when i pass ipcc and join articleship?

If i have to submit form 112 now...what will i write as my date of commencement of articled service OR Articled registration number????

1."Name of articled/audit assistant" :  I'm not in articleship . . . so i think i have to fill this form when i pass ipcc!

Am i right?

Hi Amar. I think there is no need to submit Form 112 to institute now. Once you join articles and still pursuing Degree, then you have to submit Form 112. Actually you are required to submit Form 112 to institute wen you are pursuing any course other than CA during Articleship period. And you are required to mention the timings of the course you are undergoing and you also should assure that the timings of the classes are not going to coincide with the articles timings.

what if the timings of classes coincide with articleship traing timings.......?

what if i attach a premission letter from my graduation college principal saying that he gives me the permission to take up articleship during college timings...will this permission letter help me in getting an approval from ICAI?

Form 112 cannot be submitted for regular college. Only distance edn allowed. Permission of college principal and CA articles firm is immaterial.
