you are lucky because you have not send the ID card with form no. 103 because in the most of the cases it does not reaches back to us after attestion by ICAI.Now go the ICAI H.O after you receive your registration letter and say to them that you have not received your registration letter but don`t tell them that iit is due to your mistake.They will attest the ID card and give it to you.Just simple yar why worring
