sir i have applied for new registration in gst on 1st September 2020 arn no received on 3rd September my aadhaar authentication failed because of mismatch in name as per pan card & aadhaar card. Till know i didn't receive any query i have purchase material and dump at my shop what should i do is any problem raise
As per proviso to rule 9(1) of CGST act, if aadhaar authentication failed then the registration shall be granted only after physical verification of the place of business in the presence of the said person, in the manner provided under rule 25.
There is no Problem in purchasing material and doing business... 1. You Applied for Voluntary Registration or compulsory? 2. If you applied, with aadhar authorisation_ than ARN will not be generated without successfull aadhar authorisation.. You mentioned ARN received, is that ARN or TRN?
Rajesh ji.. You mentioned that Aadhar authorisation Failed.. If aadhar authorisation got failed than ARN will be generated only after 15 days of submission of application.. but you mentioned that you applied on 01st September and ARN generated on 3rd September, how it's possible...?
Check at site after login with TRN..Your status of applications..what it's showing it's showing" aadhar authorisation required" or its showing" Pending for Processing"
As aadhaar authentication failed then the registration shall be granted only after physical verification of the place of business in the presence of the applicant. So, GST will be granted only after physical verification...it's take up to end of this month
