when should he reg for IPCC and when will be his attempt

buy a ipcc registration form from icai and full fill it and attached demand draft and attached attested 12th pass certificate and cpt pass result along with the form and submit it icai.

Cant he give IPCC in may? Is it a requirement to register 9 months before the exam?
no he can not give his attempt in may'13
