Hii..guys i already got my articles terminated on 20th march but havnt filed the papers(form 109)...so can i get it terminated now....whether this idiotic rule apply to me also......??????

As the date on your transfer form is 20th of March, I don't think ICAI has any right to deny your transfer request.
Yes this rule will apply to u also bcz i am also trying to get transfer in calcutta from 25th march but the institute is telling that the idiotic rule will also apply to me. finally there is no option left with me & i am being forced to join my old office.

actually my firm has agreed to give me transfer from 25th march but in kolkata ICAI office they are telling that any application received after 27th march, new rule will be applicable.
The main problem is that the ICAi is not giving me 109 bcz of applicability of new rule
to sharad..
i know that.. now 109 is not availabe to all.. but anant was already took the 109.. soo for him is no problem...
