Purchase Of PVC Pipes, Painting these is an expense but which expense head I choose it for the expense title of that purchase,help me please.

Can I take these in the section of Miscellaneous expense

painting etc expenses belongs to the PVC Pipes. So debit all purchases expenses to that particular goods, debit purchase of PVC pipes account.

If pvc pipes are recurring expense, they will be exposed as they are day to day expenses.

if they are non recurring in nature, they can be capitalised.

no need to input paint, They are other expensed or capitalised as per the above criteria
