HELP ME .....Conversion fees of IPCC refund

Dear Friend

I have converted in IPCC on 10 aug,2010 as i have passed Group - I in PE-2 as per the convertion form there was convestion fees Rs. 8000/- who has not completed ITT training. and Rs. 6000 (1000 for reg. fees+4000 for tution fees+ 1000 for student activities fees) who have completed his itt training thats why i made draft of Rs. 6000/- and get registered but because of this discussion forum i come to know that conversion fees only Rs. 1500/- can anybody tell me how i can get my balance amount refunded.

Please help me

Write a letter to the same authority where you have sent the fees and registration application and attach therewith the source of Rs 1500/- i.e. if any document released by ICAI regarding that 1500/- fees, attach a copy of that and highlight the same along with your refund application with all payment details.
