As Per Section 174 of Companies Act, 1956 in case of

Public Company - 5 members personally present

in Other Companies - 2 members personally present.

If not present with in half an hour than meeting will be adjourned to the same day in next week, same place and time and also in adjourned meeting quorum in not present in half an hour than Present members will be quorum of the meeting.
