First when he took registration? and certificate comes after after one month.
YA HE CAN GET GET IT CHECKED ON ICAI SITE BY SELECTING THE "E-SAMADHAAN" OPTION ON THE LEFT TOP SIDE OF THE PAGE,AND FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE THEREAFTER...........................BUT IT'LL TAKE 2- 3 DAYZ
