Inspite of Linking AS-SA-COMPANY LAWS-INCOME TAX in CA-FNL AUDIT Paper....Second time in a row i get unexpected marks.....totally unexpected......

Please suggest me how i cross this difficulty.....

Just read one book ie Dr. Urvish shah book on auditing ...its a wonderful book....answers are given in a simplified manner and write answers same way as it is given in the book. this book has helped me alot

Dear Bijay In case of Direct Tax, try to find out a book which is concise as well as covering entire syllabus. I felt that while exam time, it is very difficult to study from big and bulky books, specilaly the night before the exams
