U CAN TAKE TRANSFER ONLY AS PER THE CONDITIONS SATISFIED IN CIRCLULAR BY ICAI ANOUT TRANSFER . NOTHING  CAN BE DONE BY MUTUAL CONSENT

yeah you can take transfer but the reason should be relavent

U CAN TAKE TRANSFER ONLY FULFILL THE CONDITIONS/CIRCLULAR ISSUED BY ICAI NOTHING NOTHING OTHERWISE.

 you can not get transfer by mutual consent.....

i had also tried for it but i was not able to succeed.....

bt smeone have told that it is possible to trsfr on the basis of this....nd even my CA has signed da letter and agrred to gve me trnsfr wth mutual consnt...I m vry confused:-(bt till now i didn't submittd the form with letter.... 

Even i feel its allowed...i suggest u to submit the from n wait for the response ,but u need to discontinue ur articleship till u get the the response i guess..Just gve a try n check out ,if  u dont  have any one of the reasons  specified by ICAI.
