U'll b registered with the name of firm & for this docs. req. are
1. PAN of Prop.
2. Office Proof
a) if rented then rent deed & Telephone or Electricity Bill etc.
b) if own than also above mentioned bills.
c) Residence Proof.
hi...can we take credit on output services of hotel industry if we are availing the abatement for the same
IS service tax under Business Auxillary Services is refundable. we paid service tax for Sales Agent Commission on export under Business Auxillary services .is it refundable or not
