If you have cleared IPCC already , then you dont have to worry about

1) Accounts

2) Auditing

3) Taxation except for wealth tax which is easy again

4) Costing kindly do from Study material of icwa. Decision making probs would be asked but again it can be managed.

5) MAjor laws are covered in IPCC already. so glance through them. Do sale of goods and Factories. Concentrate on Auditing

6) OM & IT pls do icwa study material.

7) Indirect Tax - I guess u r fine with Service tax & Vat ;) go customs and CST first as it wud take less time . excise is quite elaborate but concentrate on manufacture, valuation , cenvat credit rules etc.

For me ICWA inter was before PCC exams . I would cover both the groups in 1 month . so i guess its enough for you also.

Dont get over confident/ carried away with ca results coz u never know in prof exams what wud happen. u may refer ca books also
