Pls. suggest whether first insurance charges paid on purchase of new trailor vehicle is to be capitalised or Not ???

I highly recomend the Controllers Guide to Costing. It is a great book to have on hand. It provides an overview of various costing methodologies and includes information on application, implementation, reporting, problems that can arise, and example case studies.
