Help for Non-Filiing of Returns

HI friends,

I recently Joined the computer firm... Company had not filed any returns and even not deposited any collected service Tax (as per below details ) .. if some one help me on following details i wil very thankful to them..

2006-2007 service Tax collected Rs. 13322/-

2007-2008 Service Tax collected Rs. 17749/-

2008-Till date Service Tax collected Rs. 16,857/

service Tax No taken on May-2006 till company had not filed any returns and not deposited any Tax... pls advice me what will be panalty and net tax company have to pay

with warm regards

File Service Tax return as quickly as possible because penalty for service tax return is more than income tax.

Interest @ 13% p.a. from the date on which not tax deducted

and penalty for non filing of return Rs. 100/- per day from where the return due date is closed.
