In New Amnedment in budger 2015 every person need to file form 15ca and 15cb in case of foreigh remitance
now i want to make payment to foreign party of import of machinery nad in this case foreign entity no any business place in india so no need to deduct tds
now i liable to file form 15 ca & 15cb ?
if yes than what is procedure please give me format if possible
