Hi everyone
Actually i have some disputes with my principal. he asked me to take transfer asap. than i had a word with some icai personals. they suggested me to get form 109 signed by my principal. but now he denied to sign form 109.
than i filed an application in ICAI regarding this matter(as per their instructions). i also mailed all the matter to highest authorities of icai. they forwarded such mails to NRO.
now i am waiting since more than 25 days for any response. but no one is responding now. my articleship is already discontinued since 1.5 months. which may cause delay in my cafinal attempt.
so can you suggest me, what should i do now ?
