HELLOW, I M GOING TO APPEAR IN NOV 09 FINAL EXAM . I HAVE SECURED EXEMPTION IN MAFA IN MY LAST MAY ATTEMPT. NOW I HAVE APPLIED FOR BOTH GROUPS BY CLAIMING EXEMPTION. BUT MY HALL TICKET DID NOT MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT EXEMPTION GRANTED. IS IT OK ? OR I HAVE TO PROCEED WITH ICAI ? DUE TO EXEMPTION, I M NOT REQUIRED TO ATTAINED THAT PAPER. IS IT IN RECORD OF INSTITUTE ? OR I WILL BE TREATED AS ABSENT? PLZ CLARIFY ME . I M IN BIG COMFUSION

Hi Priyanka,
I have already faced such a situation in my PE2. I had exemption in MICS. In my ticket of the next attempt there was no mention of MICS exemption.
Dont worry, an exemption is a cleared subject and so not required to be passed again. Go BINDAST in your exams and very best of luck.
