Actually i wanted to ask u all a query.....that out there in the market....there is a news that transfer restrictions are going to be removed.....is that true????n if it is....by when this notification will be applicable...

YA MAY B THE TRANSFER WILL BE REMOVED BUT FINAL NOTICE IS YET NOT OUT IN THE MARKET SO U NEED TO WAIT FOR SOME MORE TIME I SUPPOSE
