This is system generated bill and procedure ,so if i don't get payment slip and cann't viewing docment ,then just foegive itand make new payment.

One more very useful advice is always use internet explore ,never mozila or google croome.

I don't know about recent one, but earlier once you had made successful payment, you could view the documents till 3 hours..

If challan was not generated then follow the following steps. Firstly login on MCA portal with the same id from which payment was made. Click on check transaction status. From there you will get the SRN no of the said transaction. Then click the check payment status. Enter the SRN no. From here you can generate copy of the challan. Take the print of said challan. If you dint receive the documents raise the query through MCA portal referring the said challan no. For any other explanation please revert back.

Agree with Sneha and You will be able to view the documents for a period of three hours from the time you start viewing.

@ Sneha there is a option to track your transaction status , but how can we find SRN from there?

Select the period ( should not exceed 7 days gap), submit, all transaction will be listed (both successful & unsuccessful) . You will find SRN against the transaction. Go to payment details, insert SRN, you can even genrate challan for that particular SRN
