whether cash payment exceeding 20,000 disallowance apply to payment made to state electricity board?????sme ppl saying that since it is only a govt board disallownace will attract.......bt other argument is that there is a court decision regarding this issue and hence no disallowance..........................

Yes it applies to state electrricity board, state electricity board is govt corporation and not state govt itself, so it will attract disallowance provision
