1. Municipal value
2. Fair rent
3. Standard rent
the values for all these will be given.
then there is Expected rent which u need to find out.
exp rent = higher of M or F, then lower to S.R.
Now suppose MV= 10, FR=15, SR= 12
THEN E.R=
HIGHER OF M OR F I.E. = 15
LOWER OF RESULT OR SR I.E. (15, 12) =12
THEREFORE EXPECTED RENT=12
