Please advice how should i make notes Of Ipcc Law, Whether i have to Make note Of Every topics or some topics. & how Many month is it possible to Complete. I'm doing self study.

It is advisable to make notes for each topic in the language of law, so that you will be able to repeat the same many a times and get comfortable while answering them.
Presentation carries good weightage in theoretical papers, especially law. As you may have noticed, these days lot of application-oriented questions asked in the examination. Hence, having a good command in the language of law will entail you score good marks.
