FULLY AGREE WITH YOU BALU..EACH AND EVERY MEMBER IN THIS CLUB WANT TO REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL SITE AND NOT A SOCIAL SITE ..AND POST SUCH THINGS WHICH IS RELATING TO OUR PROFESSION..

Read your message and really it was full of concern for CAclub.

I'm new here ,even then I would like to share my views :

1.As the first concern is about jokes and other unrelated stuff on the site ,I would like to say that it is the wish of the members to click on that thread ,to reply on such unrelated stuff. You see ,if no one replies to such thread it would automatically go down the list in the threads page ,isn't it ?

if you and all the members do not want any single unrelated stuff ,jokes on this site . .won't it be better to have a stern guideline about what and what not to post. and as in case of no directives ,members could post what they wish to and if it's seriously useless . .moderators and admins could handle that.

2.How many experts are here at CAclub? I could see 50 on the first page of Hall of Fame. 

There are 61789 resolved queries in expert section . *impressive*

And ,24616 open queries. In other words 71% resolved and 29% open.That is ,out of every 4 queries more that 1 is left out ,and that too after 50 experts on first page. not too impressive here ,Sir. These aren't the figures I expect as a newcomer of a Top professional site.  

What I intend to say that nothing is perfect ,neither the expert section nor the threads.

3.Sir , I would also like to express some personal opinion.

I personally feel ,there is too much of "Sir"ism here. There ain't any word like it ,but hope you get what I want to tell.

You wrote about making top professional friends here , but I really don't feel like that friendship thing in here. What I feel is only the "Sir" and "subordinate" relationship.Too many unofficial guidelines.

4.One more thing Sir ,I know that the resources here at CAclub are great undoubtedly which are the contributions of the Top Members.

But ,when I surf through the pages and profile I could always spot the links to top members contribution.I'm not saying it's bad ,but I want to say it sometimes just makes me uncomfortable.I could myself download useful stuff myself without those links too ,that's my personal problem I know. I just wanted to share. . 

As far as I am concerned ,being a professional is about giving your best and nothing else ,Sir.

No offence Intended. Other members ,if you don't like my post ,please don't curse me :) these are just my views! and as Balasubramanya Sir has said maintain the decorum and discipline :)
