Sir,
I just won't to know How one has to calculate the service tax on health services if there is an agreement between TPA and hospital. B'cause there is no specific invoices ,which are raised on health check ups if suppose say 10 nos of patients visited for health check ups. TPA will send a cheque to the hospital once they send a report for all those nos 10 nos patients that has visited the hospital.
Kindly advise.
