Company head office is in Bangalore
Company is having a branch in Gujarat.
We had mentioned Branch Office address & GST Application approved.
But, the Officer called & they are telling to mention head office address
Is it mandatory to mention Head Office Address in Branch GST No.

No you don,t have to mention.
Treat your Gujarat branch as a separate person. In a way both the offices are separate offices as per GST. Don't choose branch office for Gujarat for GST registration. Treat both as separate offices
Ok, In every State we need to mention the Office Address of the respective State only

It seems like u have applied for banglore headoffice nad you mentioned gujrat address then though it got issued by officer
For branch gstn there is no requirement to mention h. O address
If supply is made from H.O it becomes mandatory to acquire gstn for H. O too but only if admin service is provided by H. O to branches there is no such requirmrnt time obtain gstin
It will still be required because of concept of cross charge.
