Head of account

Hi everybody,

I have a querry regarding Head of Accounts. My client Company is a construction company maintaining normal heads of accounts. Recently, they have effected their Company rating through ICRA. The expenses amounted to Rs. 13,000.

Under which head of account can I debit this amount ?
