Haryana vat: tds-wct rate enhanced from 4% to 5%

  • Vide N/N 6/2003/S. 24/2014 dated 20th June’14, TDS-WCT(payable by contractee) rate under Haryana VAT has been enhanced from existing 4% to 5% on all types of works contracts.
  • The said notification has been enclosed herewith for reference.

What would be the  rate of WCT, if contractor is registered form outstate Haryana or belongs to other state?
