Harrasment from employer

Dear Sir/Madam

I have been working with a Pvt. Ltd company as permanent employee since march 2008 (9+ years) in sales and service department.

my issue with company as follwoing:

1. my comapny had been realeased my travelling and local travelling expenses since 3 years a certain amount against my travelling voucher which had been already passed approved by director of company as well as account dept.

Now they are deducting these amount from my insentive and saying its was not relavent. (to reduce my incentive part intensionaly)

Since these all my vouchers passed/approved and paid 3 years earlier so how they can deduct these amount from my earned sales incentive now ? is it genuine or legal practice of employer?

2.  since i had taken a loan of amount aprox 2L for my house purchaging  5years backas help i.e interest free loan without any written terms and condition and i repay it from mysalary partly every month. Due to some unusual financial condition i stoped this repayment by informing my managemnet  (i had e-mail stated by managing director to account in this support)and contiue again . Now they are deducting interest @ 10% arround 38000 INR for this . Is it also genuine ?

3. i was trying to leave my job by resigning pproperly with 1-2 month notice period but management forcing me to find out my alternate employee by myself only .But is it any my liablity to find out replacement employee?

The whole intension of management is either zeroing my incentive or minimise my earned incentives only ..but due such psychlogical condition i dont want to contue with such managment .

Please help me with some legal advice to come out from such situetion .and proceed me further correct action against such fishing employers..

Looking forward to  your kind support.

Thanking you!

This is more of a civil case rather than corporate case.provisions of labour law can be applied.
