Handbook in corporate&allied laws by munish bandhari

Dear All

            My attempt is in Nov 15, I dont have much time as Im going for self study for various other subjects too,

Is Munish Bandhari's handbook+ practice manual enough to get a good score or should I go for the detailed edition/anyother book?
