Mr. X providing Hand Emrodiery Service (Labour Charges) also using his own embrodiery material.
My Duobt is whether Service Tax or MVAT will be applicable to him.

Going as per your question, it seems that assessee is only doing embroidary work on materials & charges for the same. if it is so, than service tax will be levied. However if assessee buys material on which he does embroidary work & sells in open market than in such case VAT will be leviable.
