Machinery is also goods for machiner manufacturer/ exporter, Exporter can obtain machinery from manufacturer against form H, for onward export.

Yes ,Machinary can be exported agst H Form

1. Yes, Machineary can be exported against H form without charging any MVAT

2. One must see that foriegn buyer order is before the date of machineary sale, whatever stated in foriegn byuer order matches with the machineary to be sold against H Form

3. And aal other regulare details like custome clerance, Packing List etc
