I would like to add one more thing for this topic that as per section 125(4) debentures are always secured on which charge is to be created by the company.

1. " Being an unlisted public company, need to comply with the provision of Companies Act and Guidelines issued by Government"?
2.What are the guidelines regarding Employee Stock option Scheme applicable to Unlisted Public Companies?
