1.  " Being an unlisted public company,  need to comply with the provision of Companies Act and Guidelines issued by Government"?

mY qUERY IS THAT WHETHER BONUS SHARES CAN BE ISSUED IN THE RATIO OF 1:8.47, IF NOT THEN Y, IF YES THEN HOW???
